A Common API for Software Updates
Software updates, particularly for security fixes, is crucial to IoT with its vast threat surface. Current update solutions, open or otherwise, vary in their implementation trade-offs and APIs. As IoT solutions are developed and deployed, having a common update API will help orchestration solutions effectively work with heterogeneous hardware and software.
Note to the BoF organizers: this room does not have a projector. Room will accommodate up to 25 people.
